  • How to off set the negativities it has through various self care tools

In life it is inevitable that we will have to interact with people. Whether clients, coworkers, when seek profession help, or our own friends and family. We will cover:

  • Psychology of anger and where conflicts arise
  • Why working together matters
  • Different kinds of people that show up in life
  •  Tools to use during the inevitable interactions
